Bottle Day

This is my Cacao Caliente, a mexican chocolate porter with heat supplied by cayenne pepper. The gravity sample was pretty hot, I’m hoping it drops off a bit during bottle conditioning but it does taste pretty good!

This is my RIS that I racked into secondary today. The biggest trub I have ever had.
