Prepare for the yellow squash explosion. Not today. Maybe tomorrow. Probably this week. A.LOT.OF.SQUASH is coming soon.

Some basil

Some basil blended with EVOO, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, and pine nuts.

We freeze the pesto in ice cube trays. After frozen, take them out and store them in a plastic bag. Makes it easy to use. Plop one on top of a chicken breast or toss a few cubes into hot pasta.
