The kolsch tastes good! Some of the weirdest bottle conditioning I’ve seen with floaters and bubbles and snotballs. Snotballs? Evidently I got the gelatin too warm and it didn’t work as planned. So some bottles have these gelatin blobs in them. I was worried I had an infection so crossed my fingers today when I tried it. It is a bit green still and undercarbonated. One more week upstairs and then some cold conditioning in my cellar. Should be great for August!

Reissdorf it isn’t but this isn’t Koln, is it?
