Karankawa Pale Ale

Karankawa: a group of Native American peoples, now extint as a tribal group, who played a pivotal part in early Texas history.

Great name for a beer. So far, smells like a great beer too. Sorachi Ace hops were used for bittering and they are loaded with lemon scent. I’m hoping for a nice smooth, bitter, citrusy ale with this one.

Brew day went smooth, it was a lot warmer than they said it was going to be.
